Saturday 9:00 – 10:00, 10:00 – 11:00, 11:00-12:00 & 12:00-13:00
Recreational sessions cost £3.50 per hour for club members and £4 per hour for non members.

Squad Training
(For Advanced Competitive Trampolinists)
Squad Training takes place on several evenings throughout the week. The focus of squad training is primarily to train trampolinists to compete in regional and national level competitions throughout the year.
